I had to really scale the book down for the purpose of the competition, and although I love how it turned out, a lot of great shots didn’t make it in. I’ve decided for An Olive a Day to an “Olive Goes to Hollywood” outtake week along with stories about the shoots themselves!

She knew about Olive’s book and had asked if her cute dogs, Mimi and Sandy could be a part of it. I was thrilled to have new friends and a new chapter for Olive Goes to Hollywood. So today, Olive took her new friends, Mimi & Sandy, on a walk over to the famous Capitol Records Building.

I have actually been wanting to make a book called “Olive Goes to Hollywood” for years now. The book would be about Olive taking her dog friends to various landmarks around Hollywood, and I think I’m going to try to start it now. Those of you who read this blog who know me personally and have dogs that know Olive, be sure to contact me to be in the book!
